By placing your order, you agree to our terms of service and are aware of our reprint, refund and return policies.
Reprint Policy
Contact us within 10 days of receiving your order to submit a request for a reprint. We will reprint any order where there is a print quality issue or defective/damaged item; however, we will not reprint due to a poor quality image file printed (on all custom orders) or due to user error when pressing the image.
Please ensure you have the correct type of heat press and follow all directions when pressing your transfers.

Refund Policy
We do not offer refunds based on the nature of our products.
Please ensure you understand what type of transfer you are purchasing. These are Sublimation Transfers and are NOT patches, stickers, iron-on transfers, etc.
Return Policy
We have a zero return policy. All sales are final and we do not allow returns on any of our products. Please check your order details for accuracy prior to placing your order. Once your order has been placed, we cannot make any changes to your order.
BE SURE YOUR SHIPPING ADDRESS IS CORRECT
Also be sure to check that all details within your shipping address are correct before placing an order. An order confirmation email will be sent after placing an order to confirm all order details. We will not reprint or refund orders shipped to incorrect addresses.
